Located just 4kms from Victoria Falls, and situated within the magnificent grounds of the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge resort. The Safari Club rooms have uninterrupted views of the unspoiled bushveld and spectacular sunsets.  Room facilities include: complimentary mini bar which is re-stocked daily with local beer and soft drinks, house wine and bottled water, digital safes large enough to hold laptop computers, international multi sockets, beverage station including Nespresso machine, LED lighting, gauze screens and sliding glass doors opening out onto a private balcony, complimentary WiFi, and air-conditioning.  The Safari Club has its own Club Lounge, and offers a butler-style service, complimentary afternoon tea and pastries, sundowners and canapés and complimentary shuttle service to the Victoria Falls town centre and markets.  

Spanning the southern banks of the Zambezi River at the western end of the eponymous falls, Victoria Falls town is compact enough to walk around and explore the seventh wonder of the world, the immense Victoria Falls. About two-thirds of the falls can be viewed from the Zimbabwean side and, while the falls are undoubtedly the star attraction, the area provides both adventure seekers and sightseers with plenty of restaurant options as well as an eclectic variety of African curios and authentic art sold by friendly locals.

Overview

Ngoma Safari Lodge commands awe-inspiring views over the Chobe River and floodplains. The lodge is situated in the Chobe Forest Reserve just 3km from the Chobe National Park – a region renowned for its outstanding wildlife, particularly the famous Chobe Elephants, and home to more than 75 mammal and 450 bird species.  The lodge’s central area includes a well-appointed sitting room, dining room and bar area and plunge pool.  Each private river-facing suite offers quiet refuge and is one of only eight luxuriously styled and spacious lodges, each complete with bath, indoor and outdoor showers and a private outdoor living area with a “refresh and relax pool”.

Ngoma Safari Lodge, developed with the Chobe Enclave Conservation Trust, is committed to making a sustainable difference to the local communities and their environment. The Chobe River forms the northern boundary of the Chobe National Park, renowned for its diverse and abundant game viewing opportunities. This section of the park is best known for its dense concentration of wildlife including elephant and hippo populations, but the waters attract all manner of game including large herds of buffalo and the lions that prey on them. A visit to this area guarantees close encounters with an array of African wildlife.

Chitabe camp is located at the heart of a complex and beautiful mosaic of habitats, and this diversity results in Chitabe being one of the most storied of all Botswana’s areas. Experienced, passionate guides are inspired by the intricate and dynamic landscapes to deliver wildlife experiences few other locations can match. Eight elevated, Meru-style guest tents provide the perfect human habitat, while a stroll along the elevated walkways connecting them to the main area is a safari experience in itself. 

Situated in the northwestern corner of Botswana, the Okavango Delta, a World Heritage Site, stretches over 15000 square kilometres to form the largest inland delta in the world. The Okavango River sprawls out over the dry sands of the Kalahari Desert forming this flourishing waterlogged oasis featuring countless meandering waterways and crystalclear lagoons studded with water lilies, as well as fertile floodplains and reeded islands inhabited with abundant wildlife. Commonly spotted animals include lion, rhino, leopard, giraffe, hippos, elephants, crocodiles and countless species of bird.

n the heart of the Okavango, luxurious Jao is set amongst islands fringed with riverine forests and vast, floodplains with prolific wildlife.
